STORA ENSO OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 November 2020 at 9.00 EET During the 1 October 2020 – 31 October 2020 conversion period there was one conversion and a total of 200 A shares were converted into R shares. The shares were recorded in the Finnish trade register today, 16 November 2020, and trading in the new R shares will start on 17 November 2020. Breakdown of shares after conversion: A shares 176 254 423 R shares 612 365 564 Total 788 619 987 Each A share and each ten R shares carry one vote. The total amount of votes after the conversion is at least 237 490 979.
