Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie

Torino, 11 aprile 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 30 maggio 2022 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 3 al 6 aprile 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 12.936 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 3.999.500 azioni proprie, pari al 7,41% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, April 11th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of May 30th, 2022, whose commencement was announced on May 30th, 2022, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period April 3 th and 6 th , 2023, acquired on the EXM 12,936 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 3,999,500 treasury shares, equal to 7.41% of the share capital.
