Payment of the 2022 dividend balance

Gross dividend per share Euro 0.419 - Record date: 25 th April 2023

Milan, 14 th April 2023 – Further to the resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting of BFF Bank S.p.A. ("BFF" or the "Bank") – referred to in the press release issued on 13th April 2023 – BFF informs that the amount of the balance of the gross dividend per share corresponds to Euro 0.419, taking into account the number of BFF outstanding ordinary shares (185,623,140), net of the treasury shares held by the Bank at the record date (as of today equal to 816,751).

The payment will take place from Wednesday 26 th April 2023, with ex-dividend date of coupon n. 7 on Monday 24 th April 2023, and record date (i.e., date of entitlement to payment of the dividend itself) on Tuesday 25 th April 2023.

The dividend will be credited to the intermediary used by each shareholder.
