Milan, 21 st April 2023 – Please be informed that the summary report of the voting results related to the resolutions approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on 21st April 2023, pursuant to article 125-quater of the Legislative Decree 58/98, is available to the public on the Company's website (www.recordati.it, in the area "Investors", section "Shareholders' Meetings") and on the storage mechanism ().
