NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING MINUTES

Elica S.p.A. hereby announces that, in accordance with the resolutions passed at the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 27, 2023, a dividend of Euro 0.07 per eligible share, gross of withholding taxes, will be paid as of July 5, 2023, subject to coupon No. 10, on July 3, 2023 (ex-date), record date July 4, 2023. Treasury shares held by the company on the dividend coupon date are excluded from dividend receipt.

It is also announced that the minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the public at the registered office, on the authorised storage mechanism , as well as on Elica S.p.A.'s website Shareholders' Meeting | Elica in accordance with law.
