PRESS RELEASE
Bologna, 12 April 2021 – The Board of Directors of Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (AIM:MARP), a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, has called the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting for 30 April 2021, on first call, at 11.00 a.m., at the office of Notary Public Dr. Carlo Vico in Bologna, Via Santo Stefano 42, and, if necessary, on second call, on 3 May 2021, at 11.00 a.m., at the same place.
The full version of the notice of call is available to the public at the company's registered office and on the website www.marzocchipompe.com (Investor relations / Shareholders' meetings section), as well as the extract from the notice of call published today in the daily newspaper "Italia Oggi".
The reports of the Board of Directors with the full text of the proposed resolutions and the other documentation relating to the Shareholders' Meeting required by current legislation, including the annual financial report, are made available to the public, within the terms of the law, at the Company's registered office, as well as by publication on the institutional website https://www.marzocchipompe.com/it/bilanci-e-relazioni-periodiche-marzocchi-pompe and on the authorised storage mechanism managed by Computershare S.p.A
Marzocchi Pompe is a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high performance gear pumps and motors, which are used in various fields: industrial, mobile and automotive. It closed 2020 with approximately € 34.1 million in sales revenue. Founded in 1949, it is controlled by the Marzocchi family, which holds the majority of shares and is present in the company with Paolo Marzocchi, President, and his son Carlo, in the Technical Area. The CEO Gabriele Bonfiglioli and four other managers are also part of the shareholding structure. The production is entirely made in Italy in the two sites of Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and Zola Predosa (BO). Marzocchi Pompe is present in over 50 countries through an international distribution network.
