Publication of the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting held on 21 April 2023 and the amended Articles of Association

Please be informed that the Articles of Association of De' Longhi S.p.A. showing the amendments to Articles 5bis, 7bis and 13 approved by the aforementioned Annual General Meeting, recorded in the Register of Companies of Treviso-Belluno on May 9, 2023, were made available to the public today on the aforementioned authorised storage mechanism.
