Change in the Bittium Corporation's Annual Report 2020 Release Date

Bittium Corporation has decided to bring forward the release date of its Annual Report 2020 from the earlier announced on December 15, 2020. Annual Report, which includes Financial Statement, Report by the Board of Directors, Corporate Governance and SustainabilityReport will be published on Friday, March 19, 2021. This change will allowshareholders more time to familiarize themselves with the company's financial statements before theAnnual General Meeting.

The release dates of the announcement of the financial results and the date of theAnnual General Meeting remain unchanged:

• Financial Statement Bulletin 2020: on February11, 2021, at 8.00 am (CET+1)
• TheAnnual General Meeting 2021: onApril 14, 2021 at 1.00 pm (CEST+1).
• Business Review January-March 2021: onApril 29, 2021 at 8.00 am (CEST+1)
• Half Year Financial Report January– June 2021: onAugust 6, 2021, at 8.00 am (CEST+1)
• Business Review January-September 2021: on October 22, 2021 at 8.00 am (CEST+1)
