Olvi plc Stock Exchange Release 11 February 2021 at 3:00 pm Olvi Plc: Transfer of Treasury Shares Under a Share-Based Incentive Plan Olvi plc has transferred a total of 5 350 Olvi plc Series A shares held as treasury shares to the company’s key employees gratuitously under a share-based incentive plan. Information on the share-based incentive plan was provided in connection with the interim report released on 2 May 2019. The transfer of shares is based on an authorisation granted to the Board of Directors at Olvi plc’s General Meeting of Shareholders on 8 April 2020. After the transfer, Olvi plc holds 16.599 treasury shares.
