MARZOCCHI POMPE ATTENDING THE "INVESTOR DAY 2021" OF INTEGRAE SIM

Bologna, 7 June 2021 – Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (AIM:MARP), a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, will be taking part in Integrae SIM's "Investor Day 2021" scheduled for Tuesday 8 June 2021.

The event, organised by Integrae SIM, is mainly dedicated to companies listed on the AIM Italia market, to present their financial results and future prospects to Italian and foreign institutional investors. In its second edition, Integrae SIM's "Investor Day 2021" will be organised in virtual mode, with one-to-one or small group meetings.

Marzocchi Pompe's Management, together with the Investor Relation Advisor team of CDR Communication, will be joining the meetings via video conference.

The 2020 economic-financial results will be shown, which highlight a turnover of €34.1 million, up 19% in the second half of the year compared to the first half, together with expectations for the threeyear period 2021-2023 that envisage:

• Significant development of Turnover with a CAGR of 6-8% to 2023, resulting from organic growth, in line with the strategic guidelines indicated in the IPO
• Return to excellent levels of profitability, with an EBITDA margin of around 17-18%
• Achievement of an optimal level of financial leverage (Total Debt/EBITDA 1-1.5x) and maintenance of a debt ratio of less than 50% of Shareholders' Equity
• Confirmation of the dividend policy already adopted in 2019.

The meetings will also be a privileged opportunity to illustrate the Group's business model and development strategy to investors.
