UNIDATA: START OF THE TREASURY SHARES PURCHASE PROGRAM

Roma, 16 May 2023 – Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD) ("Unidata" or the "Company"), an operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that on today's date it has launched the treasury share purchase program in execution and according to the terms and conditions established by the resolution of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 18 April 2023.

The Company has conferred a mandate on Banca Akros as independent intermediary, to execute the treasury share purchase programme, which will carry out the purchases in full independence and in compliance with the constraints deriving from the applicable legislation as well as within the limits of the resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting.

As of today, the Company holds a total of no. 27,432 Unidata S.p.A. ordinary shares, equal to 1.11% of the share capital.
