Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 29 maggio 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 22 al 26 maggio 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 9.250 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.064.250 azioni proprie, pari al 7,53% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, May 29th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period May 22nd and 26th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 9,250 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,064,250 treasury shares, equal to 7.53% of the share capital.
