Deposit of merger resolution

Pesaro, 29 May 2023 – We inform that today the resolution of the merger by incorporation between Biesse S.p.A. and the company Montresor & CO S.r.l. - already part of the Biesse Group - was deposited at the Biesse headquarters. The resolution has already been made available on the dedicated site and on the Biesse official site www.biessegroup.com area investor relations.

BIESSE S.p.A. - Biesse Group is multinational leader in technology for processing wood, glass, stone, metal, plastic and composited materials.
