APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION OF THE PROSPECTUS RELATING TO THE ADMISSION TO TRADING ON EURONEXT MILAN OF THE ORDINARY SHARES OF UNIDATA S.P.A.

Roma, 1 June 2023 – Unidata S.p.A. (EGM: UD) (the "Company"), an operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Milan, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Italiana"), announces that, on today's date, the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange ("Consob") authorised, with protocol no. 0052905/23 of 1 June 2023, the publication of the Prospectus relating to the admission to trading on the regulated market Euronext Milan (the "Prospectus" and "Euronext Milan") of the Company's ordinary shares.

The approval of the Prospectus by Consob follows provision no. 8952 with which Borsa Italiana, on 29 May 2023, ordered the admission to trading on Euronext Milan of the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005338840).

The start of trading of the Company's ordinary shares on Euronext Milan and the simultaneous exclusion from trading on Euronext Growth Milan will be established by Borsa Italiana with a specific notice.

Lastly, Unidata announces that, on today's date, the Prospectus has been filed with Consob, as well as made available to the public at the Company's registered office and on its website www.unidata.it.

As part of the aforementioned transaction, Intermonte SIM S.p.A. and EnVent Capital Markets Ltd, already Euronext Growth Advisor, are Listing Agents of the Company.
