Roma, 30 settembre 2021 – Fenix Entertainment (la "Società" o "Fenix"), quotata sul sistema multilaterale di negoziazione AIM Italia (ticker FNX) e attiva nella produzione di contenuti cinematografici e televisivi, nonché nel campo musicale e in quello del Marketing e Pubblicità, rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2021, corredata della Relazione della Società di Revisione, è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società (www.fenixent.com nella sezione "Investors- Documenti finanziari – Relazioni Finanziarie) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato (/PORTALE).
Si segnala per completezza che, nel comunicato pubblicato in data 29 settembre 2021 al sesto punto degli highlights, è stato per errore riportato il valore della PFN al 30 giugno 2020 piuttosto che al 31 dicembre 2020 come indicato nel testo. Il testo corretto di tale punto è pertanto:
• Posizione Finanziaria Netta 2021 a euro 1.810.207 in miglioramento del 39% rispetto al 31 dicembre 2020, euro 2.981.731.

PUBLICATION OF THE HALF - YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT TO 30 JUNE 2021
Rome, September 30th, 2021 - Fenix Entertainment (the "Company" or "Fenix"), listed on the multilateral trading system AIM Italia (ticker FNX) and active in the production of film and television content, as well as in the music and marketing fields and advertising, announces that the Half-Year Financial Report at 30 June 2021, together with the Report of the Independent Auditors, is available to the public at the registered office, on the Company's website (www.fenixent.com in the section "Investors- Documents financial reports - Financial Reports) and on the authorized storage mechanism (/PORTALE).
For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that in the press release published on 29 September 2021, the sixth point of the highlights incorrectly reported the value of the NFP as at 30 June 2020 instead of 31 December 2020 as indicated in the text. The correct text of this point is therefore: • Net Financial Position 2021 at euro 1,810,207, an improvement of 39% compared to 31 December 2020, euro 2,981,731.
