UNIDATA: COMMUNICATION OF PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES
Roma, 12 June 2023 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as part of the treasury share buyback program communicated to the market on 14 April 2023 and launched on 16 May 2023, announces that it has purchased on the Euronext Growth Milan Market in the period between 16 May 2023 and 5 June 2023 inclusive and on the Euronext Milan Market – STAR Segment in the period between 6 June 2023 and 9 June 2023 inclusive, a total of no. 1,411 treasury shares (corresponding to approximately 0.046% of the share capital), at an average price equal to about € 39.95 and for a total value of € 56,363.00.
