Milan, 14/12/2021 – Intermonte Partners SIM S.p.A (hereafter 'Intermonte' or the 'Company') hereby announces its calendar of corporate events for 2022 (pursuant to article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuer Regulations). The calendar is also available on the authorised storage mechanism () and on the company website (www.intermonte.it, Investor Relations section).

16 March 2022	Board of Directors Meeting Consideration and adoption of the draft financial statement and the consolidated balance sheet for the year ended 31 December 2021
27 April 2022 (on single call)	Annual General Meeting Adoption of the financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2021
8 September 2022	Board of Directors Meeting Consideration and adoption of the consolidated financial statement for the 6 months to 30 June 2022 following limited voluntary audit

Intermonte will provide the market with timely communication of any changes to the dates given above.

The Intermonte Partners board of directors has also resolved to establish the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee, at parent company level, composed of the following directors: Manuela Mezzetti (chairman), Alessandro Chieffi and Francesca Paramico Renzulli.
