Milan, 24/02/2022 – Regarding the press disclosures on the inquiry into sales of bonds with underlying health receivables carried out by Gianluigi Torzi (reported today by Il Fatto Quotidiano in the article: "Torzi, finti crediti venduti ad Azimut, BG e Intermonte"), Intermonte denies it has invested, promoted, or solicited investment in these bonds, as it acted exclusively as the settlement agent in one of the transactions subject to investigation.
