UNIDATA: COMMUNICATION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS (drafted pursuant to article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of Consob Regulation 11971/99)

Roma, 2 August 2023 – The following table shows the data relating to the number of voting rights exercisable in relation to the outstanding ordinary shares of Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI) (the "Company") - operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on the Euronext Milan market – STAR segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – as of today's date, taking into account the increase in voting rights which took place on 4 July 2023, pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/1998, as subsequently amended and integrated, and in application of the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association.
