Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 8 settembre 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 4 all'8 settembre 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 11.500 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.174.800 azioni proprie, pari al 7,73% del capitale sociale che corrisponde al 6,090% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, September 8th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 4th and 8th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 11,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,174,800 treasury shares, equal to 7.73% of the share capital corresponding to 6.090% on the voting rights.
