Publication of the summary report of the voting results of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting

("BFF" or the "Bank") informs that today the summary report of the voting results of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, pursuant to Article 125-quater, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 58/98, has been made available to the public at the Bank's registered office in Milan - Via Domenichino n. 5, in the Investors > Governance > Shareholders' Meeting Documentation > Shareholders' Meeting 7 September 2023 section of BFF Group's website, as well as on the authorized storage system .
