Notice from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on the sale of the medical Nitinol business

SAES Getters S.p.A. informs that it has received today, after market close, notice from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) that it has closed its investigation regarding the sale of the Nitinol business for medical applications to the U.S. Company, Resonetics, LLC.

In the next few days the parties will define the timing to finalize the closing of the transaction. The Company will provide the market with updates in this regard.
