TIM: KKR CHIEDE PROROGA AL 15/10 PER LA PRESENTAZIONE DELL'OFFERTA VINCOLANTE SU NETCO

La richiesta verrà esaminata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione il prossimo 27 settembre

TIM informa che, nell'ambito della negoziazione in corso con Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. ("KKR"), ha ricevuto da KKR una richiesta di proroga al 15 ottobre del periodo di esclusiva per concludere le attività propedeutiche e presentare l'offerta vincolante.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di TIM valuterà la richiesta ricevuta nella riunione del prossimo 27 settembre.
