TIM: KKR REQUESTS EXTENSION TO 15/10 FOR SUBMISSION OF BINDING OFFER ON NETCO

The request will be examined by the Board of Directors on 27 September

Rome, 22 September 2023

TIM informs that, as part of its ongoing negotiations with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. ("KKR"), it has received a request from KKR to extend the exclusivity period to 15 October in order to conclude the preparatory activities and submit the binding offer.

TIM's Board of Directors will evaluate the request received at its meeting on 27 September.
