GABRIELE BONFIGLIOLI SALES DIRECTOR AD INTERIM

Zola Predosa, 5 July 2022 – The Company announces that, as of 5 July 2022, the new Sales Director of Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. will be Mr. Gabriele Bonfiglioli, replacing Mr. Aldo Toscano, with whom the employment relationship has ended. Mr. Bonfiglioli, who assumes the above-mentioned office on an interim basis, already holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Aldo Toscano remains a shareholder of Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A., with a 1.57% stake in the share capital.

Marzocchi Pompe is a leading company in the design, production and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, which find application in various fields: industrial, mobile and automotive. It closed 2021 with more than €40 million in sales revenue. Founded in 1949, it is controlled by the Marzocchi family, which holds the majority of shares and is represented in the company by Paolo Marzocchi, President, and his son Carlo, Vice-President. The shareholding structure also includes CEO Gabriele Bonfiglioli and four other managers. Production is carried out entirely in Italy at the two sites in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and Zola Predosa (BO). Marzocchi Pompe is present in over 50 countries through an international distribution network.
