Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 9 ottobre 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 2 al 6 ottobre 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 12.400 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.214.550 azioni proprie, pari al 7,80% del capitale sociale e al 6,15% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, October 9th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period October 2nd and 6th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 12,400 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,214,550 treasury shares, equal to 7.80% of the share capital and 6.15% on the voting rights.
