Filing of information document relating to significant transactions with related parties

SAES Getters S.p.A. announces that the information document relating to significant transactions with related parties (i.e. agreements of a transactional nature between the Company and the Executive Directors and the Executives with Strategic Responsibilities in relation to the reduction of the incentives to which they are entitled under the Asset Plan, in connection with the transaction for the sale of the Nitinol business, internally named "Lotus Transaction") has been made available to the public on the Company's website (www.saesgetters.com/investor-relations/corporate-governance/policies-procedures/related-party-0), as well as on the storage system () and at the registered office.
