MARZOCCHI POMPE: CHANGE TO 2022 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Zola Predosa, 21 July 2022 – Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (EGM:MARP), a leading company in the design, manufacture and marketing of high-performance gear pumps and motors, announces, in accordance with the disclosure requirements of Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, the following change to the 2022 financial calendar:

• On Monday, July 25, 2022, the Board of Directors will meet to approve the preliminary half-year results, which will be announced on Tuesday, July 26 before the market opening
• The date of the Board of Directors meeting to approve the half-year results report remains unchanged at September 30, 2022.
• Therefore, Marzocchi Pompe 2022 Financial Calendar, incorporating the above change, is modified as follows

Monday, July 25, 2022	Board of Directors
	Approval of preliminary figures (sales revenue
	and net financial position) as of June 30, 2022
Friday, September 30, 2022	Board of Directors
	Approval of the half-year financial report as of
	June 30, 2022 voluntarily filed for limited audit
