REVO: DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 5-6 SEPTEMBER 2022

REVO S.p.A. ("REVO" or the "Company") announces that has made available to the public at its registered office and on the website www.revo-spac.com, under the section "Investor Relations/Shareholders' General Meeting/General Meeting of 5-6 September 2022", the notice of call of the Extraordinary and Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting - convened, on first call, for 5th September 2022 or, if the quorum is not reached on that day, on second call, for 6th September 2022 - together with the report on the items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting and the facsimile of a proxy form.

The Shareholders' Meeting is convened with the following agenda:

Extraordinary Part

1. Approval of the merger plan for the reversed merger of REVO S.p.A. into Elba Assicurazioni S.p.A. and the related adoption of the new by-laws of the incorporating company, including the provision for the allocation of REVO Insurance S.p.A. assignment rights.

Ordinary Part

1. Renewal of authorization to purchase and dispose of treasury shares pursuant to Articles 2357 et seq. of the Civil Code.
