REVO: TRANSACTIONS ON OWN SHARES
Milan, 12/09/2022.
REVO S.p.A. communicates the transactions on own shares in the period between September 5 th and September 9 th , 2022 under the program of share buyback approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of May 3 rd , 2021 (already disclosed to the market with the press release issued on March 3 rd , 2022) and renewed by the Shareholders' Meeting of September 6 th , 2022.
