Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 13 novembre 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 6 al 10 novembre 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 10.350 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.270.400 azioni proprie, pari al 7,91% del capitale sociale e al 6,24% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, November 13th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period November 6 – 10th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 10,350 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,270,400 treasury shares, equal to 7.91% of the share capital and 6.24% on the voting rights.
