algoWatt: Aggiornamento sulla procedura di composizione negoziata

algoWatt, GreenTech Company quotata sul mercato Euronext Milan di Borsa Italiana, facendo seguito al comunicato stampa diffuso in data 8 novembre 2023 informa che, con ordinanza pronunciata in data odierna, il Tribunale di Milano ha ritenuto di non accordare la proroga delle misure protettive del patrimonio richiesta dalla Società, alla luce della modifica, intervenuta nel corso della procedura di composizione negoziata della crisi, di taluni elementi caratterizzanti il percorso di ristrutturazione intrapreso.

Anche al fine di valorizzare i risultati raggiunti nella pendenza della procedura di composizione negoziata della crisi, all'esito delle trattative condotte con i maggiori creditori della Società, algoWatt si riserva di procedere alla programmata ristrutturazione attraverso uno strumento alternativo previsto e disciplinato dal D.Lgs. 12 gennaio 2019, n. 14.

algoWatt: Update on the negotiated settlement procedure

algoWatt, a GreenTech Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, following the press release issued on 8 November 2023, informs that, with an order issued today, the Court of Milan decided not to grant the extension of the asset protection measures requested by the Company, in light of the modification, occurred during the negotiated crisis settlement procedure, of certain elements characterising the restructuring path undertaken.

Also in order to enhance the results achieved in the pendency of the negotiated crisis settlement procedure, upon the outcome of the negotiations conducted with the Company's major creditors, algoWatt reserves the right to proceed with the planned restructuring through an alternative instrument provided for and regulated by Legislative Decree No. 14 of 12 January 2019.
