Pesaro, 30 November 2023 – With reference to rumors that appeared today on the daily newspaper Il Resto del Carlino, Biesse Group states that no binding agreement has been signed with any counterparty.

Nevertheless, Biesse Group underlines that, in line with its industrial growth plan, it is keen to evaluate any add-on opportunity in all sectors in which the Group operates, both in Italy and abroad.

BIESSE S.p.A. - Biesse Group is multinational leader in technology for processing wood, glass, stone, metal, plastic and composited materials. It designs, manufactures and distributes machines, integrated systems and software for manufacturers of furniture, door/window frames and components for the constructions, shipbuilding and aerospace industries.
