PUBLICATION OF THE PROSPECTUS RELATING TO THE ADMISSION TO TRADING OF THE ORDINARY SHARES AND ASSIGNMENT RIGHTS OF ELBA ASSICURAZIONI S.P.A. ON EURONEXT STAR MILAN. AS A RESULT OF THE REVERSE MERGER OF REVO S.P.A. INTO ELBA ASSICURAZIONI S.P.A., ELBA ASSICURAZIONI WILL ASSUME THE NAME OF REVO INSURANCE S.P.A.

Milan, 16 th November 2022 – Following the press release issued on 15th November 2022, Elba Assicurazioni S.p.A. (the "Issuer", the "Company" or "Elba Assicurazioni") and REVO S.p.A. ("REVO") announce that, today, the registration document, the securities note and the summary note (together, the "Prospectus"), relating to the admission to trading on Euronext STAR Milan of the ordinary shares and allotment rights of the Issuer, as resulting from the reverse merger (the "Merger") of the parent company REVO into the Issuer itself, have been filed with the Italian Securities and Exchange Commission – CONSOB and made available to the public at the Company's registered office and on Elba Assicurazioni's website (www.elbassicurazioni.it).

Following the effective date of the Merger (i.e. 21st November 2022), the Prospectus will be made available on REVO Insurance S.p.A.' website (www.revoinsurance.com).
