UNIDATA: NOTICE OF CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE SHARE CAPITAL (art. 85-bis, paragraphs 3 and 4-bis, of CONSOB Regulation 11971/1999)

Roma, 18 December 2023 – following what was communicated on December 13, 2023, Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces the new composition of the share capital following (i) the free capital increase pursuant to art. 2442 of the civil code and (ii) the stock split operation with a ratio of 1:10, carried out on today's date, resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting in extraordinary session on November 28, 2023.
