Corporate events calendar 2024

Pesaro, 18 December 2023 – In compliance with art. 2.6.2. of Borsa Italiana's Market Regulations, listed below is the calendar of corporate events for 2023:

14/03/24 Board of Directors' meeting to approve provisional financial results for 2023

29/04/24 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. (Second convocation same hour and place 30/04/24)

14/05/24 Board of Directors' Meeting to approve consolidated report for 1st quarter 2024 results

30/07/24 Board of Directors' Meeting to approve consolidated report for 1st half 2024 results

25/10/24 Board of Directors' Meeting to approve consolidated report for 3rd quarter of 2024 results

Biesse exercises the faculty of exemption from the issue of the fourth quarter report, considering that the annual financial report 2023, together with the other documents to be published in accordance with art. 154-ter, first comma, of Testo Unico della Finanza, will be available within 90 days from the end of the financial year.

Any modification to the above/mentioned dates will be immediately communicated following the existing rules and procedures.

Subsequently to the Board of Directors' meetings, Biesse will organize dedicated telephone conference calls with the domestic and inter-national financial community.

Biesse will plan further dedicated meetings with the financial community in addition to the above-mentioned events, both at its HQ and abroad through dedicated roadshows. Details regarding these events will be promptly communicated with specific corporate announcements which will be made available in the investor relations section of the company website, www.biessegroup.com.
