Resignation of the Chief Financial Officer, Manager in charge of financial reporting and Investor Relator

Pesaro, 18 thDecember 2023 – Biesse S.p.A. (the "Company"), a Mid Cap company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment, hereby communicates that today Pierre La Tour has resigned from the role of Chief Financial Officer and from his duties as Manager in charge of financial reporting and Investor Relator of the Company to take up a new professional challenge. His resignation will be effective starting from the day after the approval of the provisional financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of 31st December 2023. Please refer to the corporate events calendar that has been published today. Until the approval of the provisional financial statements and of the consolidated financial statements as of 31st December 2023, Pierre La Tour will maintain his current roles and responsibilities, in order to ensure the necessary business continuity and guarantee a smooth transition.

On the basis of the communications made to the Company and to the public, at present Pierre La Tour does not, as of today, hold directly and/or indirectly any shares in the Company.

The Company and Biesse Group express their gratitude for Pierre La Tour's significant professional contribution provided during these years.

The Company has promptly decided to start the selection process in order to identify a successor with an adequate profile and will communicate the details accordingly simultaneously to his/her nomination.
