The Board’s Personnel and Remuneration Committee members are Matti Kähkönen, Wolfgang Büchele, Shirley Cunningham and Timo Lappalainen. The Personnel and Remuneration Committee is chaired by Matti Kähkönen. The Board’s Audit Committee members are Timo Lappalainen, Werner Fuhrmann, Annika Paasikivi and Kristian Pullola. The Audit Committee is chaired by Timo Lappalainen.
