Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae continues to chair the Board of Directors of Orthex Corporation

Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae was re-elected to chair the Board of Directors of Orthex Corporation at the meeting held following the company's Annual General Meeting that took place earlier today.

The Board of Directors also assessed the independence of its members and concluded that all Board members are independent of the company and of the company's significant shareholders.
