New shares subscribed for in Optomed Plc’s directed share issue have been registered in the Finnish Trade Register

OPTOMED PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE10 May 2022, at 8.30 EEST New shares subscribed for in Optomed Plc’s directed share issue have been registered in the Finnish Trade Register A total of 1,397,853 new shares subscribed for in Optomed Plc’s directed share issue have been registered into the Finnish Trade Register today, on 10 May 2022. After the registration of the new shares, the company will have 15,400,997 shares in total of which 386,517 shares in treasury. The new shares produce the right to dividends and other distribution of assets as well as other shareholder rights as of this registration date. The new shares will be admitted to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on 10 May 2022.
