Change in the Group Management Team of Exel Composites

EXEL COMPOSITES PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 18 MAY 2022 at 15:30 EET

Mikko Rummukainen (D.Sc. (Tech.)), currently SVP, Business Development, and member of the Group Management Team at Exel Composites, has been appointed CFO of the company effective as of 1 August 2022. As of the same date, the CFO's responsibilities will also include the business development responsibilities. Rummukainen joined Exel Composites in 2011 and in the Group Management Team since 2019.

"Mikko has extensive experience of different roles in Exel Composites over more than ten years, including the one of Business Unit Manager in Finland.
