Nokian Tyres plc Stock Exchange Release June 3, 2022 at 09:20 a.m. Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from JPMorgan Chase & Co. on June 1, 2022, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5. The reason for the announcement is that the total holding in Nokian Tyres shares owned by J.P. Morgan SE, subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co., exceeded the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of intra-group transactions concluded on May 31, 2022.
