New shares of Nurminen Logistics Plc registered with the trade register

Nurminen Logistics Plc Stock Exchange Release July, 26, 2022, at 9.30 am

A total of 133,078 new shares (the "New Shares") issued in Nurminen Logistics Plc's (the "Company") share issue to the Company itself without consideration has been registered with the Trade Register on July 26, 2022. Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company's shares is 78,101,654 shares. The new 133,078 shares are for the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors in accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting on April 11, 2022. After the transfer, 65,262 shares are held by the Company as treasury shares.

The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company's existing shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on or about July 27, 2022.
