Nell'ambito del programma di sostegno della liquidità, come prorogato in data 10 febbraio 2023, si forniscono in allegato le informazioni relative all'attività di sostegno della liquidità delle azioni di Banca Sistema S.p.A. svolta dall'intermediario Intermonte Sim S.p.A. dal 2 ottobre 2023 al 29 dicembre 2023.

Gruppo Banca Sistema Banca Sistema, nata nel 2011 e quotata dal 2015 sul segmento Euronext Star Milan di Borsa Italiana, è una realtà finanziaria specializzata nell'acquisto di crediti commerciali verso la PA e di crediti fiscali ed attiva nella cessione del quinto dello stipendio e della pensione sia attraverso l'acquisto di portafogli di crediti che l'attività di origination diretta del prodotto QuintoPuoi. Nel credito su pegno il Gruppo opera con la società controllata Kruso Kapital S.p.A. e il prodotto a marchio ProntoPegno. Banca Sistema Group

Banca Sistema, founded in 2011 and listed on the Euronext Star Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange since 2015, is a financial company specialising in the purchase of trade receivables from the PA and tax credits. The Group is active in the assignment of one fifth of salaries and pensions, both through the purchase of credit portfolios and the direct origination of the QuintoPuoi product. In the pawnbroking sector, the Group operates through its subsidiary Kruso Kapital S.p.A. and the ProntoPegno branded product. The Group, which has more than 100,000 customers, also offers financing products, including current accounts, deposit accounts and custody accounts, as well as other types of services, such as credit management and collection, guarantees and sureties, PA credit certification and electronic invoicing.
