Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 15 gennaio 2024 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dall'8 al 12 gennaio 2024, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 13.650 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.398.200 azioni proprie, pari all'8,145% del capitale sociale e al 6,36% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, January 15th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period January 8th and 12th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 13,650 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,398,200 treasury shares, equal to 8.145% of the share capital and 6.36% on the voting rights.
