MARZOCCHI POMPE ANNOUNCES THAT ABBEY ROAD S.R.L. INCREASES ITS SHAREHOLDING TO 61.19%.
Bologna, 17 February 2023 – Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. (EGM:MARP), a leading company in the design, manufacturing and marketing of high performance gear pumps and motors, informs that following the conclusion of the working relationship between the issuer Marzocchi Pompe S.p.A. and Aldo Toscano (as per press releases dated 05.07.2022 and 20.07.2022), as well as in execution of the previous shareholders' agreements signed before the issuer's entry on the AIM market (now Euronext Growth Milan), today the shareholder Abbey Road S.r.l. exercised its option to purchase the entire shareholding of Mr. Toscano (corresponding to about 1.57% of the share capital) at the fixed price already agreed upon at the date of the above mentioned agreements and equal to the original book value of the shareholding, equivalent to Euro 70,000. At the time of the Company admission to the AIM market (now Euronext Growth Milan), this call option and the aforesaid price were reported in the admission document.
With this purchase transaction, Abbey Road S.r.l. (attributable to Paolo Marzocchi) increased its stake from 59.63% to 61.19% in Marzocchi Pompe.

The shareholding structure also includes CEO Gabriele Bonfiglioli and three other managers. Production is carried out entirely in Italy at the two sites in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and Zola Predosa (BO).
