UNIDATA: COMMUNICATION OF PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

Roma, 22 January 2024 – Unidata S.p.A. (UD.MI), operator of telecommunications, cloud and IoT services, listed on Euronext Milan – STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., as part of the treasury share buyback program communicated to the market on 14 April 2023 and launched on 16 May 2023, announces that it has purchased on the Euronext Milan Market – STAR Segment in the period between 15 January 2024 and 19 January 2024 inclusive, a total of no. 3,280 treasury shares (corresponding to approximately 0.011% of the share capital), at an average price equal to about € 3.99 and for a total value of € 13,081.19.

Based on the information provided by Banca Akros, the authorized intermediary in charge of carrying out the purchases covered by this press release, the summary of the transactions is shown below, on a daily basis, in aggregate form:
