CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS 2024

Trento, 29 January 2024

GPI S.p.A. (GPI:IM), Tech Leader Company listed on the EXM market (Euronext Milan) of Borsa Italiana, leading in IT Solutions and Healthcare and Social Services, announces its financial calendar as of 2024, pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Regulations of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.:

March 28, 2024 – Board of Directors Meeting

Approval of the draft of separated financial statements and of the consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2023.

April 29, 2024 – Annual general shareholders' meeting (single call)

Approval of the financial statements as of 31 December 2023. Presentation of the consolidated financial statements.

September 30, 2024 - Board of Directors Meeting

Approval of the interim financial report as of 30 June 2024.

The market will be promptly notified of any amendment to the above calendar.
