RECORDATI: 2024 CORPORATE EVENTS' CALENDAR

Milan, 29th January 2024 – Recordati S.p.A. hereby communicates the calendar of corporate events for 2024:

22nd February	Board of Directors' meeting to approve the 2023 preliminary consolidated results.
th March 19	Board of Directors' meeting to approve the 2023 consolidated financial statements and the draft of Recordati S.p.A.'s 2023 financial statements as well as the 2023 consolidated non-financial statement.
22nd April	Annual Shareholders' Meeting to approve Recordati S.p.A.'s 2023 financial statements.
th May 9	Board of Directors' meeting to approve the 2024 first quarter results, as additional voluntary financial reporting.
30th July	Board of Directors' meeting to approve the 2024 half-yearly report.
th November 8	Board of Directors' meeting to approve the 2024 first nine months' results, as additional voluntary financial reporting.

Recordati S.p.A. announces that the payment of the balance of the 2023 financial year dividend is planned for 22nd May 2024, on each outstanding share at 20th May 2024 (ex-dividend rate) and record date 21st May 2024, while the payment of the interim dividend for the 2024 financial year is planned for 20th November 2024, on each outstanding share at 18th November 2024 (ex-dividend rate) and record date at 19th November 2024.

Recordati S.p.A. specifies that this press release is not a prevision of the existence of the conditions for the dividend distribution as per the above.
