Digital Bros Group sadly announces the passing of Director Lidia Florean

Milan, February 2nd, 2024 - Digital Bros (DIB:MI) announces with great sadness that its esteemed Director Lidia Florean, has passed away on January 24th , 2024.

Lidia was an exceptional collaborator, who served Digital Bros with her professional and personal contribution for more than 34 years. Her loyalty, passion and dedication will leave an indelible mark.

In this difficult moment, brothers Abramo and Raffaele Galante express their deepest condolences on behalf of the Group, all employees, and collaborators.

Although profoundly missed, the legacy of her memory and the example she set will forever remain dear to Digital Bros.

In accordance with Art. 2386 of the Italian Civil Code, the Board of Directors will proceed with regard to a potential co-optation during its next meeting, scheduled for March 7th,2024.
